During my recent trip to Korea, I had the opportunity to know this seasonal vegetable, ssuk or mugwort.  It has a pretty strong herb taste and would say that it has an acquired taste. Foreigners might not get used to the taste easily but the Koreans seem to love it!  What I had tried was the mugwort sticky rice cake as well as mugwort fried pancake.  The vegetable is a little tough and would need some chewing.  Apparently, the locals would go hiking and pluck the vegatables back for cooking.   Otherwise, it is also readily available at the traditional market or supermarket.
